Questions We Hear Most

What warranty do you offer?
Every ARKO project comes with a 5-year warranty on our workmanship. If something we built isn't right, call us and we'll make it right.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?
Mostly our own crews. For some specialty trades we bring in trusted subcontractors, and ARKO manages and is responsible for all of the work.
How soon can you start?
Construction on most projects can start within 1 to 2 weeks of signing. Projects that need a permit start as soon as the permit is issued.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through a partner lender. Ask us about it during your free on-site consultation.
Can I buy my own materials or fixtures?
Yes. Many clients choose some of their own fixtures or finishes. We confirm sizes and specifications with you so everything fits and installs correctly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ARKO Remodeling Inc. holds California contractor license #1114425 and is bonded and insured, including workers' compensation.
Can you work with my HOA?
Yes. We can prepare the drawings and material details your HOA asks for, and plan the schedule around its approval.
Where have you pulled permits?
We have pulled permits with the City of Los Angeles (LADBS), Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena and Santa Clarita.
